Professional experiences He was director of consortium Poliexport of Macerata for seven years where he gained experience in the international trade and in the internationalization of firms. Since 1999 he exerts the profession of lawyer extending his training to the areas of arbitration (he drafted the Rules of Arbitration Court of Chamber of Commerce of Macerata), of company law and local public utilities (he is legal consultant of public and private companies delivering the Local Public Transport services and managing Water Service). Currently he deals with the company law, in court as like a consultant of public and private companies, with the arbitration and the local public services (Water and Local Public Transport). He also assists the firms in the insolvency procedures, in drafting of internal and international agreements and in the incorporation of Joint Ventures.

Since 2003 she exerts the profession of lawyer, performing her activity in the field of administrative law (especially in the area of public contracts, of local public utilities and of building trade) and of trade and company law, as consultant of firms (public, private and at mixed participation).

She advises public administrations and public and private firms for tenders and custody public utilities of economic relief, especially transports, sale and distribution of gas, water services. She assists its clients in the setting-up and managing of projects of public & private partnership. She is consultant of ANAV, association of private carriers, section of Marche.

Professional experiences

he deals with the trade law, industrial law and bankruptcy, offering its advising to the private firms in judicial as well as extrajudicial context. Especially focused on some aspect of industrial property (e.g. negotiation and drafting of licence and transfer relating to trademarks, patents, know how), he developed a particular experience in the litigation about trademarks, patents and unfair competition.

Marisa Abbatantuoni

Professional experiences

She matured her competence in tax area supplying the clients with her assistance from substantial control made by competent authorities (accesses to tax, inspections and verifications) until pre-litigation phase, with the application of deflationary tools, as well as in front of Tax Commissions. She deals with labour law, in litigation as well as consultant of private and public firms. Moreover, she performs its activity in the criminal law matters also regarding tax crimes.

Last activities regarded the defence in criminal proceedings in favour of Managing Directors investigated for illegal import of goods marked by “made in Italy” and the tax appeals.

He exerts his activity in the internal and international trade matters assisting the firms in the negotiation of agreements as well as in litigation.

He gained experience in the internationalization procedures participating in the conclusion of contracts of agency, distribution, sale, licence and transfer of property rights and of incorporation of Joint Ventures company in the Far East.

He processes and manages projects of internationalization integrating the legal institutions with the marketing strategy point out by the firms.
